Important Membership Rules
Membership Details
Memberships are highly discounted rates…and they come with some rules to get those rates.
We do not refund or prorate any membership fees for any reason.
They require a 3 month contract to start and after that the membership renews on a month to month basis.
You can end the contract after 3 months with a 30 Day cancelation notice by calling or emailing the studio 30 days before your next payment. (If you want to end your contract at the end of your initial 3 month term, you must give 30 days notice before the end of the 3 months).

Scheduling Policy
1 class per day
You may schedule one class per day for unlimited members…You are welcome to come to the studio anytime to take a class if there is an open space.
20 classes allowed on the schedule at one time, this includes classes on waitlists.
Class Cancelation Policy
You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the class starts. If you do not cancel before that time, you will be charged a $10 late fee. No-shows are charged a $15 fee.
Cancel on time using the APP. No need to email or call the studio.
The fees are charged a couple times a month so they will not always appear on the same day as the class you missed. You will receive a pop up letting you know you are about to be charged a fee for any class that the fee applies but the fill is not billed at that time. You will also receive an email if you are a no show for any classes. Please make sure you are receiving email notifications in your account options in your app.
Waitlists are part of Pilates.
Group reformer Pilates is limited to what is a safe amount of people to teach at one time. We only have 12 reformer spots for every class. Most of the time, you will be able to get into a class if you are on the waitlist. Be sure to have text and email notifications turned on for your account. You will receive a notification when you are added to the class. If you do not want to stay on the waitlist IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO REMOVE YOURSELF. If you get added to a class from the waitlist within the last 12 hours you are still subject to the 12 hour cancelation and no show rules.
IMPORTANT: No one is added from the waitlist during the last two hours before a class. Any spots that become available during the last two hours are open for anyone to book.
Membership Freeze & Cancelation REQUIRES 30 DAYS NOTICE BEFORE YOUR NEXT PAYMENT
You can Freeze or Cancel your membership only after the initial 3 month term. Freeze fee is $15 per month. After that a 30 day notice BEFORE your next payment is required to cancel or freeze your account. The 30 day notice is waived if you freeze your account for a medical reason with a Dr note. You cannot freeze during your initial 3 month contract for any reason. However, if you have a Dr note you can receive the unused portion of your 3 month term as credit if/when you can return to the studio. We do not prorate or refund any previously paid membership fees for any reason.
Locked in Pricing
Your price will not go up as long as you are a member. If you cancel your membership without Freezing and want to join again, you will be joining at the current rates at the time of your return.
